$20,000 is a lot of money for a 4-day event. How can I justify the cost?
The combination of our highly requested events: The Muster, FTX, Leadership Lab, and the exclusive quarterly live sessions, are typically NOT offered with this line-up of instructors altogether, or, if offered, the events are spread throughout the year in various locations.
Combining these events together offers savings on travel, lodging, and time, as you can fully immerse yourself within the training, starting 2024 off on the right foot. The smaller group setting offers more opportunities for more intimate conversations and connections.
Who is this program suitable for?
The program is designed for leaders and aspiring leaders from various backgrounds, including business, military, law enforcement, and more. If you want to enhance your leadership skills and take your abilities to the next level, this program is for you.
What happens after the 4 days? Is there any accountability for my implementation?
We have many ways to stay engaged with each other! Each seat will be provided with 1-year access to our weekly Academy LIVE sessions as well as (3) dedicated small group follow-up virtual sessions for continued development and implementation.
How many people will be participating in this experience?
This experience will be limited to 24 people MAX to maximize engagement with our instructor cadre.
Are travel and meals included in this package?
Pricing DOES NOT include airfare or hotel accommodation. Lunches Monday-Thursday will be provided. A special group dinner will also be provided on Wednesday night after the Leadership Deep Dive. Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the week. All other meals will be the responsibility of the attendee.
