Jamie Cochran, COO of Echelon Front since 2021, joined as the first employee in 2014. With a Business Marketing and Communications degree, she held leadership roles at Glacier Bay, San Diego State University, and Tiffany & Co. At Echelon Front, Jamie leads operations, events, and global engagements. As a speaker and instructor, she shares the importance of applying the Extreme Ownership leadership principles to her roles as a business leader, mother, and wife of a former Navy SEAL.

MEG MILLER

Instructor, Echelon Front

BIO

Meg Miller, a former college athlete with a BA from Duke and a Master’s in Holistic Leadership from Salve Regina University, brings a wealth of coaching and leadership experience. She served as a coach and recruiting coordinator at Brown University. In 2021, Meg joined Echelon Front, where she excels as the LDAP Program Manager and Women’s Assembly coordinator, leveraging her expertise to drive impactful development and empower women in leadership.

COREY MIZE

Instructor, Echelon Front

BIO

Corey Mize, Echelon Front’s Sustainment Training Manager, joined in 2021. She excelled at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, transitioning from software developer to project manager. Corey led an internal team of Extreme Ownership trainers, instilling a culture of EO. Before Echelon Front, she directed Base Camp Coding Academy and taught courses at Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi. Corey’s current role involves developing training curriculums, managing sustainment programs, and providing instructional support.

Jenna Lee is the CEO and founder of SmartHER News, a multimedia digital news service
that delivers “quick, concise, nonpartisan” news updates to a growing national and international
audience through social media channels (@SmartHERnews) and SmartHERNews.com.
A graduate of Columbia University’s School of Journalism, Jenna has reported on some
of the biggest domestic and international news stories of the last 20 years as a writer, producer
and broadcast journalist.
As a national news anchor at The Fox News Channel from 2010-2017, Jenna co-hosted a
daily two-hour live news program covering breaking news and conducted interviews with a wide
range of guests including presidential candidates, lawmakers, cabinet members, business leaders,
military veterans, star athletes, and unsung heroes. She is most inspired by her work outside of
the studio that combined American history and adventure. Jenna also co-anchored the first ever
broadcast for the Fox Business Network in October of 2007, where she covered the historic
financial crisis of 2008-2009.
Jenna began her career as a freelance journalist reporting for district newspapers in her
hometown of San Francisco, California. She is married to Leif Babin, a former Navy SEAL
officer, New York Times bestselling author, and co-founder of Echelon Front, a premier
leadership consulting firm. They live in Texas and are blessed with three wildly “spirited”
children.

LaTonya has a proven track record of improving teams by creating an environment of trust, empathy, and relational equity.

Colleen Hauk is a sought-after communications expert and keynote speaker. She is the founder and CEO of The Corporate Refinery, a consulting and training firm that elevates top performers and companies by transforming their well-intentioned communications and presentations into ones that deliver maximum impact and accelerated results.

Debbie Lee is an author, public speaker and political activist who has traveled the nation telling her sons amazing story and advocating for our troops, their families and families of the fallen. Debbie understands the sacrifice our troops make and that “Freedom isn’t free.” On Aug 2, 2006 she received a knock on the door that would forever change her life. She was notified that her son Marc Alan Lee had been killed in action becoming the first Navy SEAL killed in Iraq. Since that day Debbie has dedicated her life to honoring our troops and the families of the fallen, defending our defenders and fighting to keep the freedoms that our troops have fought for. She has worked tirelessly to ensure that our troops and military and Gold Star families have access to respite and important services that help assist recovery after injury or loss.

Wendy Hatchell has been with McCarthy Building Companies’ Southern Region for the last 11 years. During that time, she has overseen talent, development and organizational strategy from Texas to Georgia and delivered leadership training across the country. She was recently tapped to lead the company’s Strategic Planning and Change Management efforts as the SVP, Strategy beginning January of this year.

Sarah Klepper

After growing up in small town Oklahoma, Sarah enlisted in the United States Air Force as a Communication and Navigation Technician supporting the E3 AWACS. Following her 4 years of service Sarah received a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and joined ExxonMobil. During her career with ExxonMobil Sarah has had the opportunity to live in Texas, California, Virginia, and Wyoming and lead a variety of teams. Sarah discovered that her passion and enthusiasm for leadership were deeply aligned with Extreme Ownership principles and has championed EO principles throughout her roles.

Anne T. Perriello LCSW

Anne T. Perriello is a 23 year veteran of the Pelham, New Hampshire Police Department. She joined the department in 2001 after earning a Master’s (01) and Bachelor’s (99) degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She began her career in patrol and quickly got involved in several specialty positions. Some of those specialties included developing Pelham's first Rape Aggression Defense for Women Program in 2003; becoming certified as a motorcycle officer; running numerous community outreach programs; undercover operations, and working on the Southern New Hampshire Computer Crimes Task Force and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. In 2016, she was assigned directly to develop and implement policies as the Pelham Police Department achieved recognition in their first National Accreditation process through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, CALEA. She worked through the ranks in Pelham and in September of 2022 she was named the Chief of Police. She currently serves as the President of the Hillsborough County Chiefs of Police Association and was recently appointed to the Governor's Commission for Law Enforcement Accreditation.

Angie Method, Owner

Angie Lyngso, Owner of the Angie Method is a trusted health and fitness expert with over 15
years of experience working with clients in her brick and mortar gym in the Chicago-area, and most recently since 2020 from around the world through her virtual health and fitness company called “The Angie Method”. She has personally coached hundreds of clients in one-on-one and group settings to help them achieve their health, fitness, and wellness goals. She supports and serves women in her public Facebook Group, “The Mom Strong Training Community,” her Youtube Channel where she shares topics related to “real-life” food, fitness, fun and mindset. Angie also hosts the “Confident Bombshells” podcasts with her co-host Emily Mitchell to provide listeners tips and tricks for their health and fitness journey. From Angie’s experiences working in the fitness industry, she recognized that changes are needed on the identity-level for individuals to actually achieve and maintain sustainable results they desire for their lives. She developed the “Confident Bombshell” identity framework to provide women a step-by-step guide on how to craft a plan for what they want to accomplish in their health and wellness.

What is included in my registration?

Registration includes access to all sessions and speakers, group workouts, lunch on Day 1, brunch on Day 2, and appetizers on the evening of Day 1. 

What should I wear?

The Assembly is a learning environment. Wear clothes in which you are comfortable. Consider bringing a jacket or sweater to wear in the conference rooms. 

Who should attend?

THE ASSEMBLY is for any woman in any aspect of their life looking to become a better leader at work, at home, and every other aspect of life and connect with like-minded women. 

Are children allowed?

The Assembly is for adults only 

Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?

Yes. Each Assembly attendee will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of Day 2. 

How will I receive information about The ASSEMBLY after registering?

Upon registration, you will receive an email from events@echelonfront.com with some additional information. As we near the event, additional emails will be sent with updated information. If you have not received any emails from us, please first check your junk/spam mailbox. You can also email us at events@echelonfront.com, and we will ensure your information is up to date in our system. 

I registered for the event on behalf of someone else. How do I get this ticket updated with the correct attendee information?

Email us at Events@echelonfront.com with the following: 

  • Your name (first and last) 
  • Order number (if you have it) 
  • The first and last name of the actual registrant 
  • Email address for the actual registrant 
Do I need to have a physical copy of the ticket printed when registering on-site?

A printed ticket is not needed. We will be able to check you in at registration using your name and/or email. Having your ticket/order number accessible via mobile device is always helpful and will speed up your registration process in the event of any issues. 

I registered, but I am no longer able to attend. Am I able to get a refund?

We currently do not extend refunds for events. For those that notify us of a conflict AT LEAST 30 days prior to the event, we will honor a TRANSFER of your ticket to a future event. For extenuating circumstances, please email us at events@echelonfront.com 

I need a copy of my order receipt. How can I obtain this?

First be sure to check your junk/spam mailbox as the order receipt will be emailed to you. If you are unable to find this, simply email us and we will send you a PDF copy of your order receipt.

Can I pay for my ticket via check/purchase order/ACH transfer?

I registered for a group of tickets that are now in my name. How can I update this to include each of my team members separately?

Email events@echelonfront.com when registering a group. 

REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON – Registration can be transferred to another person easily online using the order number provided on your receipt. To ensure the event certifications and materials are printed properly for each attendee, we request that a transfer to another person is executed five (5) business days prior to the start of the event. You can also request assistance with this by emailing our OPS team at events@echelonfront.com. 

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER EVENT – If you can no longer attend the event for which you are registered, your registration can be transferred to another Echelon Front event so long as tickets for that event are still available. Submit this request in writing by email to events@echelonfront.com at least thirty -days (30) days before the start of the event for which you are registered. 

REFUND – If you are no longer able to attend the event you are registered for and are not able to TRANSFER your registration to another person or another Echelon Front event, please submit in writing via email to events@echelonfront.com a request for a refund. We offer the following options for a refund: 

  • Administrative Fee: All refunds are subject to a $175.00 administrative fee. 
  • If canceled at least eight (8) weeks before the start of the event, a full refund (less the administrative fee) will be refunded. 
  • If canceled at least four (4) weeks before the start of the event, 70% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded. 
  • No refunds will be offered within four (4) weeks of the engagement. For extenuating circumstances, please email us for consideration at events@echelonfront.com. 

FORCE MAJEURE – If Echelon Front is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the event you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such event cannot be held or does not occur due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, hotel or facility availability, commodities or supplies, war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) Echelon Front shall have the right to terminate the affected Conference without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to the registrant. 

  • If the affected event is terminated due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of the Conference, Echelon Front will reschedule the affected ASSEMBLY | WOMEN’S ASSEMBLY LIVE Event if and as practical under the circumstances, and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event, then you may transfer the registration fee you paid, upon written notification to Echelon Front at events@echelonfront.com towards another Echelon Front Event you may transfer to another individual in your place, so long as space is still available. Echelon Front reserves the right, at its discretion, to approve or deny such registration fee transfer requests. Additionally, Echelon Front does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses, including charges made for travel and lodging.
