BIO

Jamie Cochran, COO of Echelon Front since 2021, joined as the first employee in 2014. With a Business Marketing and Communications degree, she held leadership roles at Glacier Bay, San Diego State University, and Tiffany & Co. At Echelon Front, Jamie leads operations, events, and global engagements. As a speaker and instructor, she shares the importance of applying the Extreme Ownership leadership principles to her roles as a business leader, mother, and wife of a former Navy SEAL.

Ryan Manion

President, Travis Manion Foundation

BIO

Ryan Manion is president of one of the country’s leading Veteran Service Organizations —Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) — named for her brother, a U.S. Marine killed in Iraq. She is the co-author of the best-selling book, The Knock at the Door, as well as host of The Resilient Life, a top podcast focused on overcoming adversity. She is a frequent guest on CNN, Fox News, and other national outlets to discuss military-related issues. Ryan has served for more than a decade in local government, holds an honorary degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, and is a Veteran Leadership Fellow of the Bush Institute.

Meg Miller

Instructor, Echelon Front

BIO

Meg Miller, a former college athlete with a BA from Duke and a Master’s in Holistic Leadership from Salve Regina University, brings a wealth of coaching and leadership experience. She served as a coach and recruiting coordinator at Brown University. In 2021, Meg joined Echelon Front, where she excels as the LDAP Program Manager and Women’s Assembly coordinator, leveraging her expertise to drive impactful development and empower women in leadership.

Corey Mize

Instructor, Echelon Front

BIO

Corey Mize, Echelon Front’s Sustainment Training Manager, joined in 2021. She excelled at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, transitioning from software developer to project manager. Corey led an internal team of Extreme Ownership trainers, instilling a culture of EO. Before Echelon Front, she directed Base Camp Coding Academy and taught courses at Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi. Corey’s current role involves developing training curriculums, managing sustainment programs, and providing instructional support.

Debbie "Momma" Lee

Founder, America’s Mighty Warriors

BIO
On Aug 2, 2006, Debbie Lee received a knock on the door that would forever change her life. She was notified that her son Marc Alan Lee had been killed in action, becoming the first Navy SEAL killed in Iraq. By God’s strength, she chose to rise above the most devastating circumstance of her life to impact others’ lives, giving them hope and encouragement. In response to her son’s last letter home to “pass on the kindness, the love, the precious gift of human life,” she founded America’s Mighty Warriors. They aim to provide programs that honor and support our troops, veterans, and Gold Star families by providing healing, hope, and respite.

She made history as the first Gold Star Mother to enter the combat zone and visit the city where her son died. Her son Kristofer served in the Marines, her daughter, Cheryl’s husband, served in the Army, and her brother retired from the Airforce. She is a proud Grandmother of 11 grandchildren and Great Grandmother of 1. Debbie is also an author, public speaker, and advocate for our military families.

LaTonya Sumpter

LaTonya Sumpter, CEO of Sumpter Consulting,  is a driven leader who inspires and equips other leaders. She is a YouTube influencer, certified life coach, DEI champion, Talent Development manager and facilitator of leadership skills. LaTonya is a champion of Extreme Ownership and is adept at helping others leverage these principles to become the best version of themselves. LaTonya has a proven track record of improving teams by creating an environment of trust, empathy, and relational equity.   

Amy Looney Hefferman

 VP, Travis Manion Foundation 

BIO

Amy Looney Heffernan is the Gold Star spouse of LT (SEAL) Brendan Looney and serves as Vice President of the Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) and as an inspirational champion for military families of the fallen and veterans. Amy currently resides near Chicago with her husband, Joel, and their two daughters, Grace and Alana.

Jackie Hoffman

Director of Employee Culture & Engagement, Groundworks

BIO

Jackie Hoffman is the Director of Employee Culture & Engagement at the nation’s leading foundation services company- Groundworks. As a Business Journal “40 Leaders Under 40” recipient, she has a passion for building and leading teams. Jackie has held leadership positions in Marketing, Human Resources, and Learning & Development throughout her career in the construction industry. She is a certified Extreme Ownership instructor and focuses on empowering thousands of people throughout her organization to apply the principles of EO both personally and professionally.

Where and when is The ASSEMBLY?

What is included in my registration?

Registration includes access to all sessions and speakers, PT and lunch on Day 1, brunch on Day 2, and appetizers on the evening of Day 1. 

What should I wear?

The Assembly is a learning environment. Wear clothes in which you are comfortable. Consider bringing a jacket or sweater to wear in the conference rooms. 

Who should attend?

THE ASSEMBLY | WOMEN’S ASSEMBLY LIVE is for any woman in any aspect of their life looking to become a better leader at work, at home, and every other aspect of life and connect with like-minded women. 

Are children allowed?

The Assembly is for adults only 

Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?

Yes. Each Assembly attendee will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of Day 2. 

How will I receive information about The ASSEMBLY after registering?

Upon registration, you will receive an email from events@echelonfront.com with some additional information. As we near the event, additional emails will be sent with updated information. If you have not received any emails from us, please first check your junk/spam mailbox. You can also email us at events@echelonfront.com, and we will ensure your information is up to date in our system. 

I registered for the event on behalf of someone else. How do I get this ticket updated with the correct attendee information?

Email us at Events@echelonfront.com with the following: 

  • Your name (first and last) 
  • Order number (if you have it) 
  • The first and last name of the actual registrant 
  • Email address for the actual registrant 
Do I need to have a physical copy of the ticket printed when registering on-site?

A printed ticket is not needed. We will be able to check you in at registration using your name and/or email. Having your ticket/order number accessible via mobile device is always helpful and will speed up your registration process in the event of any issues. 

I registered, but I am no longer able to attend. Am I able to get a refund?

We currently do not extend refunds for events. For those that notify us of a conflict AT LEAST 30 days prior to the event, we will honor a TRANSFER of your ticket to a future event. For extenuating circumstances, please email us at events@echelonfront.com 

I need a copy of my order receipt. How can I obtain this?

First be sure to check your junk/spam mailbox as the order receipt will be emailed to you. If you are unable to find this, simply email us and we will send you a PDF copy of your order receipt.

Can I pay for my ticket via check/purchase order/ACH transfer?

You may choose to pay by ACH at checkout. For other questions regarding payment, email events@echelonfront.com 

I registered for a group of tickets that are now in my name. How can I update this to include each of my team members separately?

Email events@echelonfront.com when registering a group. 

REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON – Registration can be transferred to another person easily online using the order number provided on your receipt. To ensure the event certifications and materials are printed properly for each attendee, we request that a transfer to another person is executed five (5) business days prior to the start of the event. You can also request assistance with this by emailing our OPS team at events@echelonfront.com. 

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER EVENT – If you can no longer attend the event for which you are registered, your registration can be transferred to another Echelon Front event so long as tickets for that event are still available. Submit this request in writing by email to events@echelonfront.com at least thirty -days (30) days before the start of the event for which you are registered. 

REFUND – If you are no longer able to attend the event you are registered for and are not able to TRANSFER your registration to another person or another Echelon Front event, please submit in writing via email to events@echelonfront.com a request for a refund. We offer the following options for a refund: 

  • Administrative Fee: All refunds are subject to a $175.00 administrative fee. 
  • If canceled at least eight (8) weeks before the start of the event, a full refund (less the administrative fee) will be refunded. 
  • If canceled at least four (4) weeks before the start of the event, 70% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded. 
  • No refunds will be offered within four (4) weeks of the engagement. For extenuating circumstances, please email us for consideration at events@echelonfront.com. 

FORCE MAJEURE – If Echelon Front is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the event you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such event cannot be held or does not occur due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, hotel or facility availability, commodities or supplies, war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) Echelon Front shall have the right to terminate the affected Conference without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to the registrant. 

  • If the affected event is terminated due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of the Conference, Echelon Front will reschedule the affected ASSEMBLY | WOMEN’S ASSEMBLY LIVE Event if and as practical under the circumstances, and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event, then you may transfer the registration fee you paid, upon written notification to Echelon Front at events@echelonfront.com towards another Echelon Front Event you may transfer to another individual in your place, so long as space is still available. Echelon Front reserves the right, at its discretion, to approve or deny such registration fee transfer requests. Additionally, Echelon Front does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses, including charges made for travel and lodging.
